Ingredients
Formula with N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine, vitamin B61, 5-HTP, Magnesium2.
BrainBooster Mood has been specially developed to make you feel good again in times of a mental dive. The two different capsules each play their important part.
N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine (NALT) is an important ingredient in the morning capsule. L-Tyrosine is converted to dopamine via L-Dopa. Dopamine acts as a neurotransmitter (and sometimes as a hormone) and ensures pleasure and happiness. The vitamin B6 in the morning capsule also regulates the activity of hormones.
The balance between dopamine and serotonin in your body is very important. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that plays an important role in emotion, mood and sleep (also converted to melatonin) and has a dopamine-regulating effect. Serotonin itself cannot break through the blood-brain barrier and is completely dependent on the supply of tryptophan or 5-HTP.
Magnesium plays an important part here. Magnesium is good for the state of mind and too little magnesium lowers your serotonin level. That’s why you find magnesium in the best absorbable trimagnesium citrate variant in MoodBooster.

How to use BrainBooster Mood:
For at least four consecutive days, take a morning capsule with water at breakfast and an evening capsule after dinner.
